Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain service levels and call quality metrics.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all interactions.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
  • Minimum qualification: PUC or Graduation.
  • Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support preferred.
