Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for doctors, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial contact to successful activation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external medical professionals to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new doctors to our platform.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding lifecycle, including documentation, credentialing, training, and activation.
  • Verify and validate all required documents and certifications in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Educate doctors on platform usage, policies, and best practices via one-on-one sessions, webinars, or resource kits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, compliance) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Track onboarding metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the process.
  • Maintain accurate records and regularly update internal systems and databases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, credentialing, or similar roles--preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., MCI norms, telemedicine guidelines) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM or onboarding tools is a bonus.
