**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process**
**Location:** Brigade Tech Park, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka
**Job Details:**
**Qualifications:**
- Any graduate/undergraduate
- Excellent command of written English with a rich vocabulary
**Experience:**
- Experienced candidates with a background in Sales or Customer Support in an International Voice Process are preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional command in English and vocabulary will also be considered
. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. Attend inbound calls from clients.
2. Verify and confirm client details.
3. Validate marine products insured based on client-filled forms.
4. Verify and manage client documentation.
5. Submit approved/rejected options after verification.
**Skills Required:**
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Ability to handle international customer support queries.
**Package:**
- 3,00,000 to 3,60,000 LPA (Depends on experience, interview performance, and previous/current CTC)
**Work Schedule:** - 5 working days, rotational off, rotational shift (day & night)
**Facilities:** - One-way cab provided
**Age Criteria:**
- Experienced: Up to 35 years
- Freshers: 22 years and above
