Graduated high school, but a Bachelor' s degree in commerce or related fields is preferred. Prior experience with customer service/telesales/voice process and call centers in relevant job roles with at least 1-2 years- BPO experience.
Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems. Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism. Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills. Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language. Speaking Knowledge of Hindi language Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries. Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service Identify any issues that customers might be struggling with Report on customer feedback
