Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Maintain and update customer data and reports using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and documentation as required.
Manage and prioritize customer requests with a focus on timely resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
