About the Role:
We're hiring experienced professionals for our operations team to handle
travel bookings
and provide
API-based customer support
for partner airlines, OTAs, and travel tech clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve booking queries for international clients
Troubleshoot Level-1 issues using API request/response logs
Coordinate with technical teams for error resolution
Monitor real-time booking systems and ensure smooth operations
Analyze booking data and report trends
Requirements:
Must have
Travel Industry
experience with
Sabre/Amadeus GDS
knowledge
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Flexible for rotational US shifts
