Role Overview:
Ohstayz Private Limited is hiring a friendly, proactive Customer Support Executive to be the voice of our brand across platforms. You'll handle guest enquiries, support bookings across all channels, respond to reviews, and ensure every guest has a seamless and pleasant experience. Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Messaging Platforms (Meta):
Respond promptly to messages and enquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Engage potential guests professionally and warmly.
Qualify serious leads and forward them to the Sales team via WhatsApp or CRM tools
Follow up to ensure guest needs are met.
1. OTA and Online Booking Platforms:
Manage enquiries and bookings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip (MMT), and the Ohstayz website.
Confirm bookings, send check-in instructions, and provide property details.
Coordinate booking status and guest updates with the internal team.
2. Booking Support:
Offer complete support before, during, and after a guest's stay.
Help guests with modifications, queries, or complaints.
Liaise with housekeeping, property incharges, and operations to ensure smooth service.
3. Review Management:
Respond to guest reviews across Google, Airbnb, MMT, Booking.com, etc.
Craft polite and personalized responses aligned with the Ohstayz brand tone.
Escalate concerns and feedback to the concerned team for improvement.
4. Internal Coordination:
Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings, and guest communication.
Update internal systems or sheets and ensure information is passed to the relevant teams.
Support the team in handling day-to-day guest-facing issues.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a bonus.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and basic internet usage.
Ability to handle multiple chats/enquiries simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Exposure to OTAs or any travel-related platforms.
Experience in customer support tools or CRM systems.
Work Schedule:
Full-time with rotational shifts (to ensure 7-day support coverage).
One weekly off as per company policy. Compensatory off for working on official off days.
