Customer Support Executive
to handle inbound/outbound customer queries, assist buyers with product information, and resolve post-sales concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls, emails, and chats related to product inquiries and order updates.
Log issues, follow up on escalations, and ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and technical teams for smooth processing.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English mandatory).
Previous experience in customer support (auto parts knowledge is a plus).
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume conversations.
Problem-solving attitude and professionalism.
