Handle inbound customer calls and queries professionally
Provide excellent support for Amazon services
Resolve customer complaints effectively and politely
Achieve daily targets and maintain call quality
Maintain proper records and call logs
Work collaboratively with the team to meet goals
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English (fluent communication mandatory)
Good problem-solving and customer handling skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Prior experience of 1 year in a voice process is mandatory
