Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure a high level of service quality. Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance evaluations, and set clear goals and expectations. Customer Service Strategy: Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product usability and address customer pain points. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field preferred. 0-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making. Knowledge of social media platforms and online communities is a plus.
