Experience- 1yr+

Responsibilities:-

-Handling customer queries and providing them with proper resolution.
-Calling the clients to check if they are happy with the services. In case of query, provide assistance.
-Resolve the real-time issues of the client.

-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Requirements:-

-Good communication
-Preferably from a customer support background
-Customer Care Representative or Customer handling experience
