Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers using the SaaS product, addressing queries related to software functionality, features, and troubleshooting.
Guide customers through configuration settings and assist with onboarding processes.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SaaS product, its features, and updates.
Assist customers in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of the SaaS solution.
Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner, catering to both technical and non-technical users.
Update customers on issue resolution progress and provide follow-up as required
Provide support through various channels, including email, chat, and potentially through the integration of support tools within the SaaS platform.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond appropriately.

Must Requirement:

Should be willing to work in Canadian shifts
Team worker and ready to meet client\'s expectations as promised (This includes working on weekends \xe2\x80\x93 if needed and urgent).
Fluent in English Communication (Verbal and Written), additional language skills will be an advantage, and should have Customer Service abilities.
Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction
Will able to do night shifts
