We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to join our team as a Trainee/Associate - International Accounting Support. This role is the critical first point of contact for our US-based clients, requiring exceptional international voice communication skills and a strong foundation or interest in accounting and bookkeeping. The primary goal is to ensure clients' financial inquiries are handled with clarity, professionalism, and accuracy, laying the groundwork for a career in finance.
Core Responsibilities

International Voice Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, handling all communications via phone and professional email. The main goal is to provide excellent international voice experience and support.

Client Inquiry Resolution:
Address client questions related to their financial reports, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations promptly and accurately.

Basic Financial Support:
Assist the accounting team with fundamental tasks, including initial processing of vendor invoices, data entry, and gathering necessary documents for bank reconciliations.

Data Maintenance:
Accurately update and maintain client financial records using software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and Excel.

Reporting Support:
Assist Senior Accountants in compiling data needed for weekly and monthly financial reports.
?
Process Adherence:
Strictly follow all established accounting and customer service protocols, especially those related to data security and financial compliance.
Required Qualifications
?
Experience:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in international customer service or a role with intensive client interaction over the phone.
?
Voice & Communication Skills:
Excellent, neutral, and fluent verbal English skills are absolutely essential for seamless communication with US clients. Strong written English is also required.

Financial Interest:
A strong passion for accounting, bookkeeping, and basic financial processes is mandatory. Candidates should be eager to learn the fundamentals of finance.

Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical ability and a client-focused mindset for quickly and professionally resolving client issues.

Technical:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to quickly learn accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
