JD - Customer Support Executive (Danish Language) - This is a full-time opportunity with- D Square Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd.- Experience:- 2+ years (including a minimum of 1 year in the hospitality industry) - Work Mode:- Work from Office - Work Hours:- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Central European Time) | 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM (Indian Time)Location:- Bangalore The candidate who can join within 30 days may only apply Job Summary - The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests and clients through effective communication in Danish and English. - The role involves assisting customers with reservations, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction. - This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing customer interactions across multiple channels. Must-Have Skills and Tools - Near-native proficiency in Danish (verbal and written) - Proficiency in English (Excellent verbal and written) - Minimum 2 years of professional experience (including at least 1 year in the hospitality sector). - Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms. - Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. - Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and modifications. - Provide accurate information regarding services, facilities, pricing, and local attractions. - Handle and resolve guest complaints with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. - Coordinate with internal teams (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, reservations, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery. - Maintain detailed records of all guest interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - Follow up with guests after service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback. - Uphold brand standards and promote a culture of hospitality and customer excellence. Good-to-Have - Experience in international customer service or guest relations roles. - Knowledge of European hospitality standards and expectations. - Prior experience working in multilingual or cross-cultural teams.Education - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency certification in the Danish language is mandatory.
