The Customer Support Executive at TruKKer will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by resolving queries, handling complaints, and supporting clients throughout the logistics lifecycle. This role is crucial in maintaining high service standards and enhancing customer satisfaction in a fast-paced transport environment.


Key Responsibilities




Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. Handle bookings, delivery status updates, and post-delivery feedback. Resolve issues related to shipment delays, truck availability, invoicing, etc. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Dispatch, Accounts) to provide real-time updates. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM. Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments. Follow up on service-related issues to ensure timely closure. Support key accounts and ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications




Graduate in any stream (preferred: logistics, business, or communication). 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in logistics, transport, or tech platforms. Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable).
