We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

to join our team in the slimming and wellness industry. You will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from new and existing clients regarding services, appointments, and follow-ups. Provide detailed information about slimming programs, packages, and treatments. Assist clients in booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments. Maintain and update client records accurately in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement. Resolve client issues or complaints professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary. Coordinate with the internal team (counsellors, nutritionists, therapists) to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to confidently address client queries. Support front desk operations when required, including welcoming walk-in clients. Encourage client feedback and actively contribute to improving service quality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
