Role Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Support Associate
to deliver a warm, professional, and premium service experience for our
luxury silk saree brand
. The role involves handling customer interactions, supporting order-related queries, and ensuring smooth post-purchase communication while maintaining the brand's high service standards.
This position is ideal for individuals who are

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
Handle customer inquiries through
phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and internal store coordination
.
Provide accurate information on
silk sarees, collections, pricing, availability, and care
.
Assist customers with
order status, billing queries, and delivery follow-ups
.
Address basic customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
Order & System Coordination
Update and maintain customer interactions in
CRM / billing systems
.
Coordinate with
store teams, logistics, and billing
for smooth order processing.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of customer requests.
Service Excellence
Maintain high standards of
communication, professionalism, and grooming
.
Ensure every customer receives a
premium, respectful, and personalized experience
.
Support operations during
festive seasons, sales, and peak periods
.
Eligibility & Skills
Qualification
Any graduate preferred
12th pass candidates
may be considered for strong communication and service skills
Experience
0-5 years in
customer support, retail service, front-office, or showroom roles
Skills Required
Good spoken
English, Tamil, and Hindi
(Telugu is an added advantage)
Polite, patient, and customer-centric attitude
Basic computer knowledge (CRM / billing system exposure is a plus)
Willingness to learn about
silk sarees and premium retail products
