Experience: minimum 2 years of inbound calls (from USA)
Work schedule: Saturdays : 6 am to 9 pm ( 15 hours)
Sundays : 6 am to 9 pm (15 hours)
However, some changes may be expected upon joining. But it is not a rotating shift. It will be fixed shifts once schedule is finalised. Also kindly note, along with this work, some other work may also be allocated in your work timings. (Since the incoming calls volume is not very high at this point of time) The candidate needs to be attentive on calls as well as emails.
