About the internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a customer support fresher. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
3. Work on identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels
4. Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently
5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
6. Work on continuously improving customer support processes and procedures
7. Work on staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Who can apply:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in any field
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
8. Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
