Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Industrial automation systems

Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up

Draft and submit Service reports

Suggest technical feedback and improvements based on field observations

Adhere to company Rules & Regulations strictly

Carry out the Job as per Team Leader Instructions to meet Customer Satisfaction

Job profile demands extensive travelling & working on late hours and Sundays

Identify and participate in Sales opportunities for new AMC and Renewal

Note: We need b-e EEE and Diploma in EEE completed candidate

Work type: Field job

Location : Chennai, Hyderabad
