Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer who can handle installations, technical servicing, troubleshooting, and customer assistance for our field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure interactive panels, OPS PCs, digital signage, and AV equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues (both on-site and remote)
Provide product training and basic demos to clients after installation
Maintain service visit reports, documentation, and issue logs
Conduct scheduled maintenance visits as required
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for escalations
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries within defined timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, IT, or related field
1-3 years of experience in technical support or hardware servicing
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and display systems
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to travel for service calls
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
