Customer support Engineer
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Deploy and execute new installations and perform troubleshooting of faults at the existing client locations as per assignments given or reports received. Such activities are to be carried out as per defined processes, methods, standards as put in practice by the company or the principals to meet predefined time targets and standards. For such purposes this role will be required to travel and perform the activities with different prospects/clients at different locations with a planned and approved time schedule on daily basis. Will be responsible for reporting in the prescribed company documents and reports and collect prospects/clients' approval data on his/her satisfaction level. For technical assistance the role will seek knowledge and guidance from the product specialists and other competent professionals of the company.2. As may be directed, the role will assist pre-BD and BD professionals by accompanying them during the process and progress of the PoC stages.3. The role will also perform other activities on assignment basis by the competent professionals in the company and such assignments may be related to logistics, administration and any other function/department in the company.4. To perform the above, the role should continuously remain updated and for this purpose pursue to learn, update and upgrade theoretical and practical knowledge for the assigned technologies and products through in-house facilities, certification courses by outside bodies and the principals as may be required by the company.KEY COMPETENICESIn-depth knowledge of routing protocol, DNS concepts, VPN tunnels, VLAN, IP NetworkingUnderstanding of network protocols like HTTP, SMTP, FTP, SMB, DNS and DHCPAdvanced knowledge of IT software, hardware, and network setup.Exceptional ability to prioritize and diagnose IT problems.Extensive experience in resolving customer IT queries.Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.LAN/WAN design , access control , Routing Switching , VLAN , UTM/FirewallExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Exp: 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support Engineer hands-on experience working with UTM installation & trouble shootingJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?8,499.20 - ?29,408.83 per monthBenefits:
