Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled

Customer Support Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving customer queries, ensuring smooth product usage, and delivering an excellent support experience. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Provide first-level and advanced technical support to customers via email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software/hardware/application issues. Guide customers through product features, configurations, and best practices. Coordinate with the development and product teams to escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and customer interactions. Assist in installation, configuration, testing, and training activities if required. Prepare documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for customers. Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field. Proven experience in Technical Support / Customer Support / Helpdesk preferred. Strong understanding of software systems, networking basics, and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and think logically under pressure. Customer-centric attitude with patience and empathy. Familiarity with CRM or Ticketing tools preferred.

Additional Advantages



Experience working in SaaS / ERP / Logistics / TMS / Software products. Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or web technologies is a plus. Ability to train users and conduct product demos. Willingness to travel if required.
