We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Customer Support Engineer to join our growing IT Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support to our clients including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and related devices. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a continuous learning mindset.
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.Experience0-3 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Technical Assistance / Field Engineering. (Freshers with strong technical aptitude and learning attitude are welcome to apply.)

Good understanding of computer & server hardware, desktop, and server operating systems.
Basic knowledge of network setup, LAN configuration, and troubleshooting.
Ability to install, configure, and support standard software applications.

Key Responsibilities
Test & Assemble Computers, Install required Operating System, Motherboard Drivers, Various Printers & Scanners, also diagnose problems in the PC / laptops & associated peripherals - printer / scanner / etc.
Should be able to setup & install Microsoft Office -MS365 all versions, Onedrive, Different browsers, should be well versed with Google Workspace/ Google Drive, Configure and install printers, scanners, and multifunction devices both standalone and network-connected.
Provide Onsite & Remote technical support to users: diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Set up and manage Local Area Networks (LANs), including routers, switches, and network connections.Identify and fix network problems using sound troubleshooting skills.Understand and apply networking protocols to connect client PCs to servers/domains.
Setup, configure, and support email clients (e.g., Microsoft Outlook) across Windows, Android, and iOS platformsAssist clients in setting up backup devices (NAS) and creating effective backup policies.
Ensure timely submission of call reports and service documentation as per company policy.Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate effectively with users and team members to resolve issues efficiently.Demonstrate strong aptitude and willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and new products.
