Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer at Digizac Solutions located in Mumbai. The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers and troubleshooting various computer hardware issues. They will be responsible for maintaining and managing computers, ensuring smooth operations, and addressing any technical issues that arise.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of desktop computers and computer hardware
Experience in providing technical support for desktop computers and printers
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant certifications or training in desktop support
