Job Description

Support warranty and project-related service tasks, such as managing installation projects, coordinating logistics, managing parts requests, and stepping in during on-call duties or after-hours support.1. Install, test, and commission machinery at customer sites--including performing machine acceptance or factory acceptance testing and ensuring proper setup and functionality.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing both on-site and remote support to resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system problems.

3. Train customers and field technicians, delivering instruction on machine operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices to ensure optimal performance and safety.

4. Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product Management, Sales) to relay customer feedback, help prioritize product improvements, and contribute to technical documentation or service guides.

5. Perform preventive maintenance and root cause analysis, including parts replacement, system upgrades, retrofits, and documenting field service reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
