Customer Support Engineer is a role for engineers keen on joining the multi tasking job . You will be a member of a fast-paced team. A place where you will probably learn many new products, you will also be required to grasp them all at a very fast pace.As a member of the customer support team, you will be required to understand these products, how they work, and their troubleshooting, maintenance & repairing functions work. You get to learn about hardware & software both as many of the products we use have both interfaces and thus require you to dive deep on both fronts. We don't care much about your degree, you can be 10th fail for all we care as long as you are eager to learn.
Just another small detail - we don't work on the PCB level, we work on the component level. This means, if the PCB is not functioning, we replace the PCB and don't try to repair the PCB instead.

Knowing how to use technology to solve problems is going to be most important for your success in this position. Most answers are available online or with someone or the other person in the office. You need to be able to find answers for the questions you don't know answer to. Also, if your attitude is to solve a problem once assigned, no matter what all challenges you face, then we promise to provide you with a platform to showcase your talent. And also give you the growth you deserve.

You will manage complaints , service calls , installation , outsourcing agency , repairing , AMC, online support, QC , testing , using ERP system , you will be provided proper training for the same

Gpod learning attitude , communication skills , working in team , allocation work , handling service and installation Team of 4-8 field person will be very important for optimum utilisation of resources ,

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
