Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using custom developed warehouse management systems. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who\xe2\x80\x99s able to earn our clients\xe2\x80\x99 trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software. Responsibilities;

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Provide support for custom warehouse management System by supporting the following ticket types
• Analyses bugs and appropriately escalating and assigning tickets to product development team
• Follows up on escalated tickets
• Contribute to internal and external guides and docs, improving our self-service support materials
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved,

Requirements

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Familiarity with Supply chain management ( SCM) / Warehouse management / Logistics
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Someone with Customer Technical Support Experience
• Any Technical degree B.E/B.Tech/Bsc Computer science/BCA

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru - 560078, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Customer support/Technical support: 2 years (Preferred)
