Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries via phone (Whats app), Insta, and all online platform.
Process and track customer orders, refunds, and exchanges
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
Provide product information and recommendations
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Identify and report trends in customer feedback
Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal website skills
Previous experience in customer service or E-commerce preferred
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
