Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain records of customer interactions and orders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Provide product information and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:



0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
