Customer Support Executive
to help us deliver a smooth and satisfying experience to our customers across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media.
Manage order-related queries, product information, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Track and follow up on customer issues until they are resolved.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners for order tracking or delivery issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Share regular feedback with internal teams to improve processes, FAQs, and user experience.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role (E-commerce experience preferred).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving attitude.
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and customer support platforms (like Freshdesk or Zoho Desk) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
