Ensure capex & opex are aligned as per the monthly budget.
Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budget

Inventory analysis to identify slow and dead moving SKUs.
Ensure on time stock allocation to channels as per validated requirement Ensure order confirmation is shared with retailer
Merging and demerging of stocks every month to move ageing stocks to the relevant store
Ensure stock is available in warehouses to maintain the minimum level of inventory
Proper GRN & billing of stocks to the retailer
Ensure the annual stock audit is done
Ensure logistics cost is aligned to customers order delivery
Ensure WH cost per piece is managed properly
Select logistics partners and negotiate contracts and rates
Continuously look for process automation opportunities for better efficiency and control.
Collaborative working with brand team for effective demand management
Generation of quality MIS on day to day servicing to customer
Control and observation of non-ARS orders

Supporting business for EOSS / promo events

Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP, WMS, and logistics tools.
Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Leadership with a customer-centric approach.
Hands on experience in maintaining inventory turnover & warehouse efficiency.
Focus on customer satisfaction score (NPS) and OTIF
Qualifications: MBA in supply chain or related field
Experience: 10 years in warehouse, logistics and distribution with 4 years in leadership role in CS&D preferably in retail apparel.
