Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent support and long-term engagement.
Conduct regular check-ins with business owners to review strategy progress.
Identify execution gaps or delays and provide practical solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations using
advanced Excel functions
(Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros, etc.) and PowerPoint.
Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to track performance and deliver client satisfaction.
Take ownership of assigned accounts with proactive follow-ups and consistent performance tracking.
Achieve and exceed KPIs and success goals.
Requirements
Graduate in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or data reporting (freshers with advanced Excel skills are welcome).
Strong expertise in MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, charts, automation, and data analysis).
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for presentations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing business needs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accountability and deliver measurable results.
