to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently.
This role also involves supporting the
MIS team
with dashboard creation, report generation, and maintaining data accuracy across systems. The candidate will additionally assist with resolving issues related to
policies, technical errors, health insurance, and diagnosis concerns
.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Issue Resolution
Guide customers on understanding, updating, and adding insurance policies.
Resolve queries related to health insurance, medications, reimbursements, and policy details.
Identify, analyze, and escalate technical issues to relevant departments for resolution.
Handle diagnosis-related concerns such as doctor availability, location mismatches, and related issues.
Provide timely and professional support through calls, emails, and in-person communication.
MIS & Data Management
Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports on a weekly basis.
Collaborate with internal teams to track, analyze, and interpret operational data.
Clean, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure high accuracy and consistency.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
Support management with accurate data insights for effective decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field.
0-3 years of experience in customer service (healthcare/insurance experience preferred).
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
and
Outlook
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Pay
