Key Responsibilities
Perform
accurate data entry
and maintain records in an organised manner
Work on Excel (SUM, IF, filters, sorting; VLOOKUP/Pivot is an advantage)
Prepare and update documents, files, and internal trackers
Handle basic
email communication
with clarity and professionalism
Support daily administrative tasks and follow instructions carefully
Provide regular updates without reminders
Coordinate with the team and respond to queries on time
Key Skills Required
Fast & accurate typing with strong attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Excel
Clear written English; professional email writing skills
Ability to organise files, upload records, and maintain trackers
Reliable, proactive, and able to support daily tasks consistently
Qualifications
Any suitable degree
2+ years of experience (Freshers with excellent English & Excel skills can try)
