Job Title: Customer Support Cum telesales (Female Only)

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Support Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Maintain and update daily call records and customer details in Excel.
Follow up with customers as required.
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Requirements:
Only female candidates can apply.
6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support or calling profile.
Must be fluent in spoken English (good communication skills are mandatory).
Candidate must have her own laptop.
Comfortable working 6 days from office.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Positive attitude and ability to handle customers calmly.
Work Location: Noida Sector 63 A block , Office-based (6 days a week)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
