Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email, chat, calls, and support channels.
Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication at all times.
Manage customer tickets through CRM tools (Freshdesk, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Understand customer issues and provide correct solutions or escalate when required.
Maintain customer records, track issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, product) to resolve concerns.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on tickets and resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (preferred).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
Typing speed and accuracy is a plus.
Basic technical understanding of websites/apps is an advantage.
