Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. CS will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and promoting customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
Product/Service Information: Provide accurate product/service information, assist customers with information and guide them through processes.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments Operations, Designing & Finance team for Customer orders.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
