We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
who can communicate fluently in
Hindi and English
. You will be responsible for answering customer queries, resolving issues, and providing a smooth service experience through phone, WhatsApp, chat, or email.
Responsibilities.
Handle customer inquiries politely and efficiently.
Provide support through calls, chat, WhatsApp, or email.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Understand customer problems and provide accurate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
Requirements.
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi & English
(both required).
Sales knowledge (Added Advantage).
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Problem-solving attitude and patience.
Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Should be punctual and responsible.
