Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Coordinator located in Kochi. The Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for address Customers technical issues, coordinates calls with Engineers, Submit proposal on customer requirement, initiate invoices, Payment collection etc.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
Strong Analytical Skills to understand and solve customer issues
Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Proactive and able to work independently
Experience in technical support or IT customer service is a plus
Bachelor's degree is preferred
