Core responsibilities

A Customer Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in

ensuring exceptional service delivery by acting as a liaison between customers and the company

. They manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with various departments to guarantee timely and accurate responses.

Team and schedule management:

Coordinate sales team schedules, appointments, and activities, and manage territories.

Administrative support:

Handle administrative tasks, such as managing customer databases, processing orders accurately, and ensuring timely delivery.

Client communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, manage communications, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Organizational skills:

Strong ability to multitask and manage a high volume of tasks efficiently.

Communication skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients and the sales team

Empathy, good communication, and problem-solving

are core skills in providing excellent customer service
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
