We are looking for a
Customer Support & Coordination Executive
to handle
end-to-end customer service operations
,
remote team coordination
, and
service monitoring
.
The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to task closure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle service and dispatch-related inbound calls.
Register complaints and track service requests in CRM/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with field engineers for installations, service visits, and reports.
Follow up with customers on pending payments and CMC renewals.
Track shipments and update customers on dispatch status.
Prepare and share daily MIS and performance reports.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service/support.
Strong command of English & Hindi (other languages a plus).
Proficient in
Google Workspace
and
Excel
.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Self-driven, process-oriented, and disciplined professional.
