Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, queries, and support
Coordinate office tasks and maintain documentation
Ability to multitask and respond promptly
Basic computer & system handling
Email & WhatsApp communication
Maintain professional communication and follow-ups
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Tamil required
Hindi or any other South Indian language will be an added advantage
Fast learner with good grasping ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Browsing)
Professional attitude and customer handling skills
Experience
Fresher or experience in customer service/clerical work preferred
Salary
Rs. 14,000 to 15,000 per month

Full-time (10 am to 6.30 pm)
