Job Purpose:
Client Management -
To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and Outbound calls in a professional manner.
Customer Relationship
- To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk-ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Retention
- Solve customers' issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality.
Overseeing construction activities, ensuring they align with design specifications and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
Ensure proper documentation standards are followed, including version control.
Manage the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure timely dissemination of updated documents and revisions.
Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
