Role: Customer Support Executive

(Voice & Non-Voice Process - International)

You will be supporting

international customers

via

voice calls, chat & email

, providing them with solutions, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

international customer queries

through calls & chat Provide quick and effective resolutions Log and track customer interactions Work in

rotational shifts

(including night shifts) Maintain quality and service standards
