What You'll Do

As an

International Customer Support Executive

, you will:

Handle

calls, chats, and emails

from international customers (Voice & Non-Voice process). Resolve customer concerns with

professionalism, empathy, and accuracy

. Maintain and update CRM records efficiently. Meet and exceed

customer satisfaction goals

and performance targets. Work with a

friendly, performance-driven team

in a modern office environment.
Who We're Looking For

Education:

10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:

Freshers & Experienced both welcome

Skillset:

Excellent

spoken and written English

communication Ability to think quickly and solve problems Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ready to

relocate to Jaipur

(Relocation bonus provided)

Shifts:

Rotational (including night shifts for international process)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹27,500 - ?36,000 per month (based on performance & process)

Relocation Support:

Free hotel accommodation for 14 days + relocation bonus
