Job Overview
As an
International Customer Support Executive
, you will handle
international voice and non-voice interactions
-- managing queries, resolving issues, and providing world-class service to global customers through chat, email, and calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound/outbound international customer queries
professionally.
Manage customer interactions via
email, chat, or phone
.
Ensure
accurate information delivery
and maintain service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to
resolve escalations efficiently
.
Maintain
daily service logs
and meet performance KPIs.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
Freshers and Experienced both welcome
Skills:
Excellent verbal & written English communication
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach
Basic computer knowledge & typing speed
Availability:
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Relocation:
Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur (Company offers relocation assistance)
