: 9 hours per day.
Work Days
: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational weekly off.
Location
: Bengaluru, SHR Road.
Key Responsibilities
:
Responding promptly to customer queries through chat and email.
Providing accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products/services.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.
Desired Candidate Profile
:
Good written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple chats/emails efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Pay: ₹156,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
