Key Responsibilities
Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Provide Product/Service Information: Offer detailed information about products or services, helping customers make informed decisions.
Process Orders and Returns: Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain Customer Records: Update customer information, tracking interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
