We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with expertise in Tamil or Telugu for a finance company in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent service.

Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally are essential.

Experience in a finance-related role will be preferred.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. Proficient in at least one South Indian language

(Tamil or Telugu).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be residing in Delhi or Gurugram.
